Your Pizza Shop - Canton

Ordered a deep dish with mushroom black olive pineapple ground beef and extra cheese. It is very very good. Even though there was a couple issues out of their control that happened they were so kind and even gave me back some of the money and a two liter. I will definitely be going back.

I'll start off with this pizza tastes great, not too much of anything, a perfect blend of flavors. But that also means not too much of the cooking either. As you can see from the middle 2 pictures, the dough was still uncooked and squishy. This was my second time getting pizza from them and I thought if I asked for it to be well done this would not be an issue. I really wanted to give them 5 stars, the people who work there are so friendly and the price is reasonable but the uncooked dough sort of ruined it.

Food was mid, I had to cut my own pizza, pizza wasn’t done all the way, the placement of the pepperoni is something I’ve never seen before, and look how the wings were sauced 🤦🏾‍♂️ I ordered 12pc jojos and received about 9. It took a little over an hour for my food to be ready. I just knew everything was going to come out perfectly. I was fooled! Your Pizza Shop has gone downhill lately. This is NOT okay.

put my order in for 7:45, didn't get my food till 10pm, was cold. was given wrong pizza with toppings I was allergic to so I didn't even get to eat that sadly. had to call twice. they did give me a free order of garlic breadsticks (which were kinda burnt) which was kind of them, and they loaded my pasta up pretty good, and the driver and person on the phone were very kind and apologetic. but my food was very cold, took wayyyy too long even for a busy friday night. my bf put an order in for the your pizza in minerva after I put mine in and got his in half the time so, must just be poor staffing at this location or a really shitty night 😂

I highly suggest rethink their decision of making orders. our order was to be picked up at 5:10 p.m. on Friday sept 26, 2025 it is now 5:45 p.m. we just now got acknowledged that we were even sitting at the window for the order. This wasn't the first time trying to order. The 1st order was to be delivered which didn't get delivered. My son and his girlfriend walked up there to get threatened with the cops cause they asked where their order was and to reimburse the delivery fee since they walked over there. They canceled the order. I went up there sat there 45 min before acknowledged by one kid a teenager I believe never came back after they asked what the name was on order then turned around when asked for the second time by some older adult female what the name was on the order I enligh
