I recently dined at YouYu, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing compared to the standards I usually expect at Hard Rock properties. I ordered several dishes to get a sense of the menu: fried rice, beef with broccoli, hot and sour soup, and crispy duck. Sadly, every dish fell below expectations. The fried rice lacked the fragrance, seasoning, and wok flavor that makes even a simple rice dish memorable. The beef with broccoli was underwhelming, with the beef tasting bland and the sauce lacking depth. The hot and sour soup, which should be bold and well-balanced, was thin and neither flavorful nor satisfying. The crispy duck was the biggest letdown — instead of being rich, flavorful, and crisp, it came out dry and without much taste. Service was polite but did little to

Our flavorful food, the quick service, even all that goes on at HardRock Casino, its as if we are in a separate restaurant. The Manager Joe, Kim and the rest of his staff will treat you well. We will return often and soon!

Very relaxing mood. Evan was our waitress and she was very nice. We had different varieties of food to try as it was our 1st time there. The soup is huge for $16.00. I would have given 5 stars, but my food sweat & sour chicken came out way before his chicken fried rice. I was done eating when he got his food.

We have eaten here a handful of times with the Salt and Pepper Shrimp, Shaken Beef, and Mongolian Beef having become our go to items, can't go wrong with any of those. We just tried the Crispy White Fish and Singapore Noodles for the first time this last visit and wanted to give a shout out to Chef James and Chef Adam for a great meal. We really enjoyed the curry flavor of the noodles and the fish was cooked perfectly, highly recommend. Also want to highlight the great service we had from Brandi and the pleasantness of the manager, Joe.

the service was impeccable. Thank you to Mariah for being so attentive and answering all our questions with a smile! The food was great and fresh and portions are quite big! Only critique is that the music was a little loud however we were sitting right under the speaker. Will be back again and ask for Mariah!
