There's something about a child quietly doing homework in the corner that immediately confirms both the authenticity of the cuisine and the seriousness of the enterprise. Menu photos behind the checkout are beautifully deteriorated—faded and yellowed like a well used coke-nail. A single, original koi fish painting on the wall anchors the interior décor. Gentle music caresses your ear drums, originating from what I can only assume is a distant province of western Yunnan. The carpet presents an ambitious lotus mosaic, tying the whole ethnographic tableau together. An anthropological experience awaits.

Go here if you wanna overpay. I’m completely unsatisfied with my meal. First off I wanted sweet-and-sour chicken and instead of rice I want lo mein she said she couldn’t do that. OK what kind of business does not try to help give the customer what they want even for an up charge. So you know what? She up charged me and gave me no rice. The food is mediocre quality at best and I’ve never had sweet-and-sour chicken with pineapple and carrots and onions with it. This place is not a place to go to this place is barely holding on for life and I can tell by charging me $22.65 for what’s listed in the photos. This can barely feed one person. Will never return.

This is my favorite Chinese food takeout spot. It’s consistently great. The rice is perfectly cooked and never crumbly. The sweet and sour chicken has the perfect amount of batter and is crispy golden. The portions are generous and it costs less than many other places. I’ve always been happy with everything I’ve gotten.

I have been struggling to find amazing chinese food but I just found it!! The food has such great flavor, and the portions are very generous! We had the Mongolian beef. sesame chicken and Jalapeño Shrimp

I have always wanted to try this place, and I was finally able to today. I picked up General Chicken and Chicken Lo mein from the lunch menu. I loved every bite, and the portion for lunch was very generous and well priced. Quaint restaurant with a few tables inside but big flavors. Compared to others in the area, I was impressed with how good the food was. The online ordering made it very easy, and the food was ready when I had got there. The lunch specials are affordable. The two ladies working behind the desk were very sweet. I 10/10 highly recommend this restaurant for great asian food because you can tell, they put a lot of effort into making their food, and making it delicious for their customers. Thanks guys!!
