Yum Yum Donuts

If this review was on service alone there would only be two stars.. not that she was mean but she just kinda stared at me, I gave her my order she talked in Spanish to others but did not speak to me really at all. I even said thank you a few times and she just nodded not even a smile. Okay put that aside, I am here for work and was not super starving so my hotel is next door to this establishment. I ordered the bacon avocado melt on an everything bagel and it was fricking delicious. So flavorful, and fresh tasting. Really Made up for that lack of hospitality

Pretty good. 10:20PM and not wanting to drive. Not even 30 steps from my hotel. The pastrami sandwich was good. 8.5/10. Some sour kraut would have brought it up some.

In the mornings the lady always gets my orders wrong. I ask for a certain sandwich and she will give me the wrong one. I asked for a jalapeño bagel and gave me a plain bagel. This time I decided to go back and let her know she gave me the wrong bagel and she responded by letting me know that it doesn’t have jalapeños but that it tastes like jalapeños. There is a good donut shop family owned down the street called USA Donuts.

I always end up going to Yum Yum Donuts some random time in like the middle of the night or sometime before dusk. I am always very satisfied with the employee that has always been working when I do go. He is very nice and he always gets all my orders right. And always wears a smile on his face that will surely make any customers day.

Terrible customer service evening/nights. Short blonde lady always has terrible attitude cussing people out and talking on her personal phone instead of attending customers. When asked to attend she says she’s busy.
