Yum Yum

I had the pleasure of meeting Cindy, the owner of Yum Yum, and she is just as wonderful as her food! She’s originally from China, and when I told her I used to DoorDash from her restaurant back when I didn’t have a car, her face lit up with the warmest smile. After I told her how finger-licking good her food was, that smile got even bigger. My go-to order? Always the steamed dumplings and the sesame chicken with white rice. And hunnyyy, let me tell you—just go and try it for yourself! The flavors are spot-on, comforting, and absolutely delicious. Now that I have a car, I’ll definitely be coming in regularly. I recommend Yum Yum 100%!

i order from here once a week because its just the best place to eat in town ! prices are low, portions are big, flavor is high and the customer service is exemplary. the family that runs it are always the nicest people in the plaza, treating everyone like family no matter who they are.

Yum Yum has been consistently great. The chicken and broccoli and the fried rice are always cooked perfectly—fresh, flavorful, and never greasy. The staff is incredibly kind and attentive, and they’re always happy to make any modifications to your order. Every visit has been a really good experience, and it’s a place I genuinely enjoy coming back to. Highly recommended.

Moved to Mebane last year from Durham. In search for good Chinese I came to Yum Yums being that it is close to my home. Ive tried them on 2 different occasions and have ordered between 25-30 plus dollars each time. Nothing i have eaten from there is worth going back again. Im looking at some of these reviews with 5 stars and question people's taste buds here because No! I will speak on the chicken and broccoli and egg foo young. My chicken and broccoli was not properly cooked. Meaning the container they put it in was hot but when you go to bite into the meat and veggie it was either semi warm or cold. Egg doo young hot water surrounding it to the point it was soggy and tasteless. I legit wasted money and refuse to try them again. Soup broth for egg drop was tasteless as well.smh

My husband purchased his dinner last night from Yum Yum’s and it has had him sick all night don’t know if it was old or what but he still feels terrible! May be food poison either way we know it was the food so won’t go back there EVER!!!!
