Yum's Carry Out

The food is low quality. Broccoli barely cooked, taste on the pork fried rice was weird. The actual chicken was cooked well at least. Lunch special is cheap and filling if you like the food. It was ready quick, too.

Called in my order for honey barbecue wings and brown fried rice. Arrived to pick up my order female at the counter didn't acknowledge me for (3) minutes. Requested brown fried rice.Was given yellow fried rice Wings were very good. The lobby was dirty. I would have given them a 5 Star. But due to the issues I was half way satisfied.

Every time I've gone there they mess up my order. I don't understand what's so hard about NO SHRIMP- veggie roll, please. BE CAREFUL if you're on any restrictions or allergic to certain things, they aren't guaranteed to get it right. Ordered online at 8:00pm. Got a message what my order was ready after 15 minutes. When we got there to pick it up, we had to wait til 8:50pm to get our stuff. Smh

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I waited 3 hours for the order, called twice to check on the order, and was told it was “on the way.” On my third call, they suddenly claimed the driver “couldn’t reach me” and returned the food — but I never received a call or text. Then they told me I’d have to wait another hour for them to remake it. That makes no sense if the order had just been returned. Completely unprofessional, dishonest and unintelligent people!

Order chicken and shrimp fried rice online. They don’t have an option to add the upgrade to the fried rice online, so they will call you and the driver will bring a machine. My issue was that I asked for condiments once on my online order and then again when the guy called me to confirm my shrimp fried rice, and they didn’t give me them. I called about not receiving them and the lady on the phone goes “You don’t have hot sauce at home” RUDE. Also when they brought the card machine to my house, he gave me a receipt I went to get a pen to sign and he was gone. This receipt has a spot for a tip (which I gave online), I hope he doesn’t add anything himself.
