This year our family gathered (made reservations) at Zambistro for Thanksgiving. There were 10 adults and 7 kids. When we entered the table was all ready and prepared. We were attended to promptly by a very lovely person who said she'd be taking care of us, and she did a wonderful job. I'll be honest, it's a little daunting looking at the prices on the menu. Everything is so expensive these days. However, Chef Josh has put together such an amazing menu that I always leave feeling like it was well worth the price..a VALUE even. I ordered one of the specials, sea bass. Let me tell you, I felt like I was eating one of the finest meals anywhere. The blend of flavors and preparation was so well thought out and executed. I felt pampered. Everything from the staff, the decor, the lighting, the ta
Passing through the area during lunch. My first choice wasn’t open but I found Zambistro across the street. Very clean and welcoming decor with friendly staff. I was quickly seated in a warm (it was <20 and sleeting outside) dining room with lots of natural light. The menu offered a lot of delicious choices, it was a tough pick. I ordered a great French dip, although with a local weck roll for additional flavor. It came with a nice creamy horseradish sauce as well as the au jus (another nod to the locally famous sandwich) . I upgraded the included fries to a super delicious WARM potato salad. heavenly! Really good experience & I highly recommend Zambistro. I hope to eat there again!
A culinary gem: food is superb, service top-notch, super friendly staff. The decor is tasteful and casual, the attentive staff exude small-town warmth and the entrees are meticulously crafted and absolutely delicious. On a recent visit I ordered baked salmon served with roasted asparagus on a bed of sweet corn risotto, and it was so good! Each item complemented the other to create a symphony of flavor. To truly savor one’s experience here, a good bottle of wine is essential. Their red wine list is expertly curated. The moderately priced labels I ordered on separate visits were each silky and delightful. If Zambistro was located in a big city, you’d need to make a reservation at least a month in advance to get a table. It’s that fine of a restaurant.
5 stars across the board for Zambistro restaurant! The food, cocktails, and service were all top of the line. I went in for lunch with a reservation. The space is very chic, I love the black and white throughout. Nice and quiet atmosphere to have a conversation in. The meatballs were especially amazing along with the calamari. Sorbet for dessert was a great finale. I will definitely be returning to try dinner here! I really enjoyed everything about this restaurant. Parking is available along the street and was easy to find a space.
We held our recent Vistage meeting in Zambistro’s Bar Room and left thoroughly impressed — great venue, great service, great food. The private room faces the street, giving you a charming look at Medina’s historic architecture and creating a welcoming, slightly civic backdrop for a full-day session. The room comfortably accommodated our group of roughly 25 (speaker and director included) with flexible seating that kept the day productive and relaxed. Zambistro’s staff were highly accommodating: they catered both breakfast and lunch (both of which were enjoyed by everyone), and when we needed AV support they brought in a TV and configured the space so our presenter could run the session smoothly. The bar room itself flows into a well-appointed bar area, and the venue appears to host live m
