I purchased their "New Haven Pizza Dough" from a local farm market. WOW- please dont ever stop making it! bakes up crispy on the outside and chewy in center, I am so impressed and I am a pizza snob! I made it in a 475 degree regular oven, par baked first before sauce, cheese and toppings. THANK YOU!
