I waited way too long just to place an order. The staff moved at their own pace and it showed. One of the coffees was honestly bad enough that I left most of it. The other items were fine, nothing special, just passable for an airport stop. This location needs quicker service and more consistency. Three stars because it wasn’t a disaster, but it definitely wasn’t worth the wait.

I’ve been to this restaurant in Terminal A at EWR twice now, and it has quickly become my go-to spot before a flight. The coffee is great — seriously, always get the coffee! I also highly recommend the pastrami Reuben😋 it’s flavorful, fresh, and really hits the spot when you’re traveling. And don’t skip the coffee ring either!!!! it’s the perfect sweet treat to go with your drink ☕️🍩 The personnel were friendly and helpful both times I visited, which makes such a difference when you’re at the airport. It definitely makes the whole airport experience so much better. I’ll absolutely be stopping by again!

Stopped for quick coffee & bagel while in town. Food came quick, and tasted really good. I ordered an iced vanilla latte & an everything bagel with egg & cheese. The coffee was to die for, and the bagel was perfectly crispy in the outside & still warm and fluffy in the inside. Egg and cheese were average, but paired well with the delicious bagel.

I had a great experience this morning . Jessica took my order and was so pleasant to speak with. Shaniya made my coffee and smiled at me as if she enjoys her job tremendously. Early flights can be exhausting and a lot of employees tend to be a little snotty early in the morning but these two young ladies was very memorable with they're inviting greetings to they're genuine service. That's why they were so memorable and I had to ask they're names because I usually don't get services like this early in the morning. Keep up the good job ladies and thank you for such great services.
