Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Food is great as always but the service here tonight is awful.! Made me feel like they were doing me a favor being here! No hi, hello, how are you. Waited for almost 15 minutes inside for my food while they served the drive through.. My food finally came up while I was standing there, waiting for it at the counter, and the girl was just mixing away lemonade mixing mix and mixing didn’t even acknowledge me. The girl that put the food together didn’t tell her it was ready. So I said over top of her hey is that food for me for Jammie? Did you turn around and grab my food and hand it to me and that was that. Incredibly rude.! the staff here needs to be retrained in customer service..

This Zaxbys location was quick and the food was good. The lady working the register was apparently having a bad month. I would suggest using the drive thru and not dine in.

Out of Ranch and Zax Sauce. Then was not given the ketchup we asked for. Probably ly out of that as well. Lucky we got chicken and fries. This is not the first time I've used stopped at this location and they have been out of common items I would expect a fast food establishment to run out of. Lady at register was nice.

I wish I could post pics first off .. we ordered online went in to pick it up we ordered 2 6 piece chicken FINGER meals after the add one and the strawberry lemonade it totaled 34. And some change .. my husband looked in the bag and there wasnt any zax sauce so I asked for some and was told I had to pay extra for it ... this is after another customer walked up and asked for EXTRA zax sauce and was gave a hand full not having to pay extra .. so why did I have to pay for the zax sauce that was supposed to come with our meal ?? Then to top it off the chicken FINGERS that we got was no bigger then NUGGET we got like 2 pieces that was the full finger size and 4 pieces that were no bigger then a nugget ... like we work over the road and cant just go back when we have to be in another state at a

These people on night shift are just plain out lazy. 1 they had a stand still line for 15 mins just for 2 orders of wings and 2 they couldn’t even take the time while we all had to wait to even toss the wings in the sauce, just dumped it right on, looks more like chicken nugget that a 4 year old put sauce on.
