Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

This was my first time going to this Zaxby's location. I ordered a birthday milkshake at the drive thru and when I got to the window I saw the guy making it. I handed the female (at the window) my card and told her to let him know that I didn't want whipped cream nor cherries on my milkshake. He RUDELY turned to the female coworker and said, "Well she didn't say nothing!!" Then he attempted to throw the birthday milkshake in the trashcan to the right of him when the female coworker (working the window) told him, "Don't throw that away." So I watched as he made a second birthday milkshake for me and he passed it to the female coworker (working the window) and turned and walked away. I wasn't feeling "confrontational" so I didn't ask for the manager. I got my birthday milkshake, got my card

Our JV Volleyball Team and Soccer Team played in Laurinburg tonight and afterwards we stopped by here to eat. The crew was very patient, respectful, helpful and went above and beyond to make sure everyone had what they needed. It was over 25 people may be 30. They greeted us with a smile and was well stocked. Thank you to the whole crew... Some we didn't have direct contact with because they were in the kitchen but I want to shout out all of them... Kudos Ja'Kobe, Amaya, India, Makayla-Mgr, Philip, Egypt, DaeDae, Chris, Cupcake and Derek.... we appreciate your hard work tonight!!!

Had a great experience here this week. We were traveling through, and the only reason we ended up here was a bad experience at a competing chicken place nearby. Got the Signature Sandwich - not a meal. Everything was done right and fast with a smile. If we lived nearby, we would be regulars. Thank you!

Bathroom was nasty and no soap. High chair was unusable as was so filthy. Ordered 2 dinners with coleslaw. There was no coleslaw present. Asked for it at the counter. Was told they were out of it which they had not told us when we ordered! Also, ordered fries with no seasoning which is a standard option in the Zaxby’s menu. Got ours loaded with tons of salt and seasoning. The chicken tenders were good thankfully. Not a good Zaxby’s location.

My experience has been horrible since they have this manager dark skin with huge eyes. Her attitude is nasty. All I asked for was hot food. Not only was my food hot and not done but on top of that I had to wait almost an hour or more. I asked for my receipt. She gave me a receipt for food. I did not even order on top of that. When I call back in to complain about it I asked what's the name of the GM. She refused the name she refused to give me any service and all I asked for was full food and the receipt is for a refund. She said that they could not refund me if the food is not raw or there's hair in it. And I'm sorry but my food is definitely raw. My chicken is way overcooked and my fries are raw.
