Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I have to say this is the absolute worst place I’ve ever been to in my life came in in order two combos for the kids meal and they dropped my food on the floor told me they wouldn’t replace it after they dropped it and it was in a bag, but that was so nasty, and they were cursing and acting like a fool in there very unprofessional definitely not family oriented at all be aware of this that space you probably want to stay away from the Archdale location and go to Asheboro or the High Point location on the north end of town I would also like to add my review that when I first got there I paid for my food food at 5:08. They didn’t put my milkshake on my order so I had to pay for that and a separate order at 5:14 and they still kept me in line to 5:21 my receipts to prove it. I have reported

The chicken tenders are small along with the traditional wings (over cooked). Side orders are too expensive. Get a cup of cole slaw. Its $2.99. Front counter staff very kind. Someone in the back was yelling about something. Have had better experiences at other Zaxbys. Dining area clean.

The employees here are so friendly. Always take the time to help me figure out my order. Love how clean the restaurant is and how fresh the food always comes out. Has become my go to place to eat.

this place is amazing per usual, this is one of the cleanest zaxbys i have been too. although the service wasn’t as fast, but that is understandable with a lot of places being short staffed. my food was amazing, everything i asked for an more. the cashier who took my order was very friendly an definitely had a great attitude, will be visiting again.

10/10 experience! From the awesome customer service to the super fresh food, everything was perfect. The staff’s enthusiasm made it even better.
