Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I started going to this location because I work nearby. This was my 3rd visit ordering through the drive thru (Sept. 23). The first 2 visits were good as well as the food but this 3rd time my chicken was cold and tough. I am willing to give them another try because of the first 2 experiences but I don't appreciate being given cold and tough chicken. I was on my way to a meeting for work so I didn't have time to return. The fries and the drink were good.

I ordered my food then waited in the parking space for 20 minutes for them to bring my food. The young lady came with my food. I said I ordered a drink while she was walking away. She yelled you need to come inside and order a new drink I came inside and ordered a a drink. My drink top wasn’t even close properly and my cup.

Cook/Prep was leaning on counter in window on phone. With glove on. Manager * shift leader even talked to him while engaged.

I sat in line on my break for 25 mins and my food was horribly cooked was literally too hard to bite. Late for work and still hungry!! The dark skinned manager I guess have a nasty attitude customer service sucks… the older lady on front cashier was the sweetest thing ever!!

I was introduced to this place, very recently. My first experience was in Atlanta(Zaxby’s) and it was unforgettable and now I’m here!! Love their food. Great service, friendly staff and quick food!
