Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

The young lady Shantae at the front counter was truly a breath of fresh air! Greeting us with a warm smile and a very friendly and polite demeanor, even letting us know of accommodations that can be made for our food. With service this great this will probably be our new favorite spot. This clearly shows that the company cares about the quality of the staff and its very much appreciated.

Me and my husband ordered through Doordash, and our food tasted great as always. We never have any issues with Zaxbys. But 2 hours later both of us began having all the signs of food poisoning.. I won’t get into the details as it’s very TMI. I know sometimes these things are unavoidable, just a small warning!

First of all in my area we don’t have a Zaxby’s. Anytime we travel I have to eat at one. I love everything, especially the Cobb salad with fried chicken. Everything is fresh, nothing is soggy, huge salad with 2 pieces of toast. My favorite chicken place.

Honestly the best Zaxbys I’ve been to in a while and I usually don’t like Zaxbys. The employees were friendly, courteous, and they made sure I was able to order and receive my food in a timely manner. The food was so fresh and tasty. Both my husband and I enjoyed this particular Zaxbys. I’ll be coming back soon! We both got the Big Zax Snak

Carrie took my order and was fantastic. She was articulate and upsold my original 5 piece boneless wing to an 8 piece. I was skeptical at first because of the 3.3 stars, but I decided to give it a chance and wasn't disappointed. Food came out before I was done writing this review, so I must add that my food was delivered by Carrie in a timely manner and fresh.
