Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

While the food is always fresh and up to par, I wish they would give me my receipt! I frequent about 2 maybe 3 times a week (depending on how long my day has been). I love the fact that Zaxbys offers rewards for that but it means nothing when they don’t give the receipt to obtain the points. The employees don’t even ask if you want it & I obviously forget to ask (not that I should have to) or sometimes I just assume it’s in my bag! I was told that the employees keep them and obtains the points themselves. I don’t believe that’s true however; let’s get into the habit of at least asking the customer if they’d like their receipt. Other than that you guys/girls do a wonderful job. I appreciate how clean the restaurant is when I decide to go in and how friendly everyone is.

Outstanding Service from Frank amd his Team at Zaxby’s My order was messed up on 10/7/2025, so I called and spoke with Frank, the manager on 10/8/2025. He asked me to come in so they could make it right, and to my surprise he replaced my entire order and made sure I had everything before I left. It was a 30‑minute drive to get there, but his professionalism and dedication to taking care of the customer made it completely worth it. I truly appreciate the excellent service—thank you, Frank!

The tiniest and driest wings and fingers known to man. I paid extra for sauce on my chicken fingers. The sauce was almost non existent. The little 2.5 inch wing was cute, not. Why is there a bone going across the top of my chicken wing (see photos)?

Went in to do a takeout order since the drive through was so long. Ordered a grilled house salad and wings and things requested wimpy sauce on the wings and teriyaki on the tenders. Got home and there was no sauce on the wings and did not get any zaxby sauce. Also for the price the wings were way too small and overcooked because they are so small. It will be a while before I eat with you again

I just wanted to start off and say I’m really disappointed in the service of this Zaxby’s location. Every time I come I place a mobile order so I have my whole family’s order and payed for before I arrive at the store. I do this for my convenience and the store’s convenience. Whenever I show up they just tell me “oh it just came in but go ahead and pull up” at the drive thru intercom. When I pull up to them window the try to get me to part (which most of the time I do) but the last few times I have pulled up they always have my order completely wrong or give me someone else’s order. Tonight I placed a mobile order. Same thing, was told to park and I refused I tried to explain to the manager why and he didn’t want to hear anything I was saying just was talking over me.
