Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

The food was decent, and the wait time wasn’t too long. However, the cashier had to break away to chat with her coworker after taking an order before acknowledging us. While the service wasn’t the friendliest, it wasn’t the worst either.

Went there on my lunch break 9:30-10:00 pm, took all but 10 minutes off my lunch waiting on how slow the drive through was. I ordered a signature sandwich meal, go big with a sweet tea… the fries serving was by far not a go big portion that I’ve received in the past, and if I wanted a water I would’ve ordered a water, the sweet tea was so watered down for lack of them wanting to make more and just kept adding water to it to stretch until they close… I like Zaxbys, but tonight I would’ve given them a negative 2 stars, but I didn’t because I at least got my food and partially filled my stomach for a long night shift of work.

TERRIBLE experience. We waited 28 minutes for our food and they didn’t seem to care at all. There was literally no one in the restaurant so it’s not like the place was busy, it’s just the staff and management were terrible. THEN the food came out COLD, order was wrong in MULTIPLE areas that we paid extra for. We then asked to speak to a manager and the manager didn’t want to fix it. Don’t come to this location. I never write reviews but this was just too bad not to.

My food was wrong and tasted horrible. They were closed and I couldn't reach them until today. Well I was informed there is nothing they can do about it. Without a receipt. I have a receipt. They want to remake it not refund it! The food quality is subpar. The manager was nice and I get her hands are tied but it is still wrong!

The service was Great greeted with a smile and Very friendly Joanna N was very knowledgeable of the menu Awesome and helpful. Thank you
