Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

This location has been getting worse over time. I used to go a lot, but the quality and cost started leading me to choose other options. More recently, the quality of service has gotten pretty bad. ​I checked the website and the door, which both stated the inside was open until 10:00. However, when I went inside an hour before closing, the staff didn't acknowledge me at first. Then, someone very loudly told me the lobby was closed and I had to use the drive-through. I even triple-checked the door on my way out to make sure I hadn't misread it. ​The drive-through experience wasn't any better. I was never able to finish a sentence because the person on the speaker kept talking over me and interrupting to ask for parts of the order I was already saying. We go to Zaxby’s quite often & our food is hot and fresh & tasty every time! Amber Dowdal took care of us last time we were there & she gave the best service & made sure we were very well taken care of! We have been coming to Zaxby’s for awhile and we can tell the difference in the entire place because of miss Amber Dowdal!

Overall good food. Service was friendly. I had combo 3. 5 wings with 3 chicken fingers. I upgraded the drink and fries to a large. Price was $12.29. A touch pricy. The "Buffalo" wings were just average size, not really that big. And the chicken fingers were a bit smaller and scrawny. Everything tasted okay.

One of the better Zaxby's I've been to. Food and service were excellent. Everything was fresh and service was good and friendly despite it being busy.

I ordered some friend pickles for delivery, I spent over $20 and I only got maybe 10-15 pickles. Other zaxbys fill up the tray. Get your employees in check.
