Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Red travel advisory, and insist their employees come to work. Horrible corporate greed. It's expensive, but everything is now. I like that they have a lot of sauce options, but I don't like that they charge extra to sauce it for you. The food is alright. It's fried chicken, and french fries. I do like the fried cheesecake! The salads are pretty good if you want something less fried. Beware of the app and the time it stops taking orders. It'll kick you to the next day if you aren't paying attention.

I’ve came here 4 times and each time it seems to get worse. First time I got food it was right and on point. Not sure what happened shortly after opening but owners and managers should take action before we see a “For Lease” on an empty building. I asked for lettuce tomato on my sandwich and got like 2 small bits of lettuce. Do Better Zaxbys

Food came out quick and hot! Staff is super friendly. Restaurant was clean and food was delicious!!

Went through the drive-through ordered the surf and turf, and it had been cooked and setting for a while was not fresh at all. The service was pretty good and the lady was nice at drive-through but disappointed in my overall experience with this store here in Columbus. All the other Zaxby’s, I’ve been to other towns the building And atmosphere is so much better 🤷‍♂️

This place is great, I have been here twice and both time there were a friendly staff, hot food, and orders were coming out quickly. I tried the drive thru today and still great friendly service
