Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I ordered on the app and arrived at the store, they let the kitchen know that I was there. After about 5 minutes, they informed me that they didn't have any wings ready and it would be about 15 minutes before they would be ready. I was ok with that. They gave me a cookie for waiting. I finally got my order at home which was ordered as BIG. When I opened it, there weren't any extra fries and the wings looked terrible. I was not happy with the food but the staff was very accommodating.

I received wings that were clearly overcooked, refried in sauce, and then resauced again. Completely unacceptable. I also paid extra for a container of seasoning salt, and the portion provided was frankly insulting. Please see the attached photo. It’s disappointing to say, but when quality and consistency fall this low, it makes a strong case for automation in food service. At least a robot wouldn’t serve food like this.

The service is always fast, staff is nice, too. My nibblerz meal from this location is always good. Some of the desserts I have gotten from here though aren't the best, particularly the fried cheesecake bites were not great. I usually only like to go through the drive thru here as the inside of a Zaxbys isn't somewhere that I tend to like that much.

Visited Zaxby’s for lunch today and was very disappointed with the experience. I witnessed a manager / lead yelling at staff in a degrading and unprofessional manner. Mistakes can happen, but how employees are treated matters. The situation was uncomfortable to watch, and because of this, I won’t be returning to this location. I’m unable to locate my receipt to submit this feedback through the survey, so I’m sharing it here instead.

Manager and staff were great, even though they were super busy they got my food together in a timely fashion. Everything was correct and delicious as always, never had a bad experience at this location!
