Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Zaxby’s was helping with a fundraiser for First Baptist Church of FWB, so they were very busy. The friendly woman at the counter took her time to explain the dry rubs and answered other questions we had about the menu. The food came out quickly, which surprised me since they were quite busy with the fairly long line at the drive thru. Everything was hot and freshly made. The lemon pepper chicken strips were far superior to Wing Stop and other places that have rubs. I loved the seasoning on their French fries. Zaxby’s chicken sandwich was super crunchy. I love Popeyes chicken sandwiches, but Zaxby’s is just as good. Next time, I’ll have to try their spicy chicken sandwich to see how it compares to Popeyes. Went in tonight around 8pm. The restaurant was clean and all the employees on tonight's shift were excellent. Especially Ginny her personality and work ethic was awesome. So I would rate my experience tonight as 11 out of 10. Food was great and didn't have to wait.

The black lady manager, i think her name is may, was extremely rude and snobby. She acted like it was a bother to serve me and my son. We ordered 2-4 finger plates, for the price I was expecting more. The tenders and fries were barely warm, the tenders themselves were very small. I was very disappointed. I don't know what happened in the last month, but its not the same. What happened to the girl with the colorful curly hair? She was awesome. I asked and was told she was let go, I think you guys messed letting her go, i used to love eating at the fort walton beach location, but after this last visit, ill be taking my business to Slim chickens, at least there portions are prices are reasonable.

Tried here for the first time this past week it was GREAT. The employees are promt pleasant and professional. My order was hot and delicious and came out very quickly. Athena stopped by my table and made sure I was happy with my meal and even cleared my trash and trey, which is impressive for a fast food joint. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

This place is AMAZING!! I had their rather delicious grilled cobb salad and it was like heaven in my mouth! I highly recommend this Zaxby’s. Chick-fil-a and Slim chickens can’t compete where they can’t compare😁👍
