Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I usually order the same thing from this location, which is a chicken bacon ranch loaded fries tray, but substitute the ranch with zax sauce. When I got my food today they had gave me something completely different. And another thing I understand people have bad days and working at fast food can be challenging coming from someone who worked in fast food for years, but the guy at the drive thru window gave me a very disgusted look and just stared at my while I said “hi” and “thank you”.

As a customer facing employee I understand Not everybody has a great day, but we know what we sign up for and it’s inexcusable to have such an attitude towards a customer that made a simple request. I asked for double fries, guy at the register not only had a visible attitude but also displayed it with the way he spoke and his face. It’s one of those moments you have to experience yourself to know, but unfortunately this stores customer care is so terrible that I’m sure anybody else will experience it. It’s a shame

After placing an online order for two salads around 9 PM, I waited 30 minutes after going through the drive through the first time. At least 4 other people went through and were served while I was waiting, and none appeared to be large orders, so I'm not sure what the problem was. However, no explanation or apology was offered even after waiting 30 minutes and having to go back through the line for a second time to get my food. I'll be going elsewhere in future.

Pulled through the drive through. There was one person in front of me, one person behind me. We’re not in a rush. I order and she asks me a meal? I say yes. She says a meal? I say yes. She says did you say yes?? I say YES. She says what else. I say a strawberry lemonade. She says what else. I say honey mustard please. She says on the side? I say um yes? Where else would I get it? She says that it? I say yes. Pull up, now I’m irritated because she had an attitude the whole time. At the window they say nothing, it’s a guy. He takes my payment, hands me my drink and it’s regular lemonade. Ok great sure. He says nothing still, hands me my bags and walks away. No communication at all the entire time, wrong drink, attitude. Employee: Amauria D

It is 9:09 pm and I was looking forward to having dinner at Zaxby’s. The door for the lobby was closed and I did not understand why, on the door it even said they had “extended hours”. It’s all a lie, I parked by the drive thru lane so I asked the employees at the window if there was a reason why the door was locked on both sides, they said they closed the inside lobby early. I asked them if they could tell the manager to put a sign on the door if that was the case, the employee ignored me and shut the drive thru window really hard. Terrible customer service. Never coming to this Zaxbys again.
