Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

This was one of my favorite places to eat when I feel like fast food. But over the last couple of years it's been prices keep going up and up and the amount of fries they give you keep going down and down. It makes no sense because fries are soo cheap! Ya'll are probably paying $.50 per Lb. But when I pay for two large fries ($7) and they give me what might equal one if I combined the two. Boy it makes my blood boil! So you're choosing to lose a loyal customer to save what..... $.50? Now I'm no expert, but that doesn't seem like a very smart business decision.

I’ve been going to this Zaxbys for a couple years now, and every time I’ve gone it’s been a good experience. The staff are friendly, the drive through moves quickly, and the food is always hot. The prices are about the same as McDonalds but the food quality is much better.

I ordered delivery from this location and the food was too salty to eat. Everything was oversalted! The chicken strips, the shrimp and the fries. Are they trying to kill us? You can't undo oversalted food and this establishment is not cheap. What a waste of money. I am irate about this horrible quality food.

I was disappointed 😞 because my chicken wings had feathers. Then the second set of wings were ruined 😒 , I almost gauged! I switched to the tenders, those were much better and fresh! The manager also made up for my inconvenience. I appreciate the leaders at that site for making things right!

This is by far the worse Zaxby’s I’ve ever been to. I live in the area and have purchased from this location a plethora of times; this is my daughter’s go to restaurant and we are always ordering food as an after school snack or for dinner. I never leave reviews, but I’m fed up with the food and service at this location, especially because of the money that I spend there weekly! The traditional chicken wings are ALWAYS hard as a rock and over-friend, even when I say, “PLEASE DON’T FRY THE CHICKEN HARD!” A medium fry comes with the combo order, but they give you 8-10 fries and they are ALWAYS salty & soggy, even though I asked for “well-done” french fries! When I ‘go large’ and pay the extra money, I get the same amount of fries, the same way, with a gigantic soda!! My daughter orders
