Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Never tried it before. Heard it was an East Coast thing. The prices are what you'd expect from a place like this. The food on the other hand was, ,,,, I mean decent but not the best. Everything kind of just mushed together on the chicken sandwich. I don't know? if I had a choice I probably go to the other West Coast fast food chicken sandwich place if you know what I mean.

It was my first time at any Zaxbys and I was there especially to try the concept. The overall experience was amazing. The place seemed new. Very well cleaned and maintained. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The speed of service was really fast. I loved the food and I finished all of it. The spring rolls were ok especially with the sauces. but to be fair I was having higher expectations for the chicken fingers. They 7.5 out of 10 or maybe relatively to the competition. Not sure if it was this time or this is how it’s usually served. Overall a great experience and I will be back to try the rest of the menu.

This restaurant is a bit out of our way but we kept seeing all the commercials so thought we'd give it a try. Bradley was the one who rang us up and was so patient. He took the time to explain the menu and answer all our questions. Food was fine but nothing out of the ordinary. I think the sauces may be their selling point.

I've been to one Zaxbys before in North Carolina last year and was not impressed , but decided to give this one a try anyway. The one I went to in the small town of Laurinburg had dirty tables and a large puddle of water by the soda machine and the manager told one of the employees to clean it up and they were not very enthused to do it. Also not the friendly Southern Hospitality I'm used to when I visit the Carolinas. I came here almost 2 weeks ago. Now this location as soon as I walked in was clean as a whistle , even the parking lot. Also there was no one sitting in the dining area which many people like myself get their orders to go. We have always loved Zaxbys and we have missed it so much, after moving to Las Vegas years ago. It was just as we remembered it from when we use to live in Georgia. As far as the ambiance, it was nice considering the crowd. The seating was a small area , but it didn't seem crowded , it was comfortable. The wait was long, but the staff was awesome and managed the drive through line very well and the line inside the store too. The service was great and very friendly. We went on their second day of opening and they were very well organized and a top notch service overall considering the crazy rush of customers and big lines. The food was super fresh and delicious. The chicken was juicy and tender. The fries were perfectly seasoned. The bread was toasted and buttered just right. It was yumm
