Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I mean the food is decent, but i was in line for 25 mins for 2 drinks. there was only one car in front of me and when that person finally got their order it was a single combo. why would they not park that car? everyone behind me was getting out of line and leaving. its like everyone there is still in high school and theres no supervision telling them how to do things properly. sauces are often forgot and also straws and napkins. the tea is the only redeeming quality for me which is unfortunate.

Pass thru here a bunch for work and always stop here because I've only had good experiences in my dozens of times eating here. They are always nice, not always the most talkative but hey maybe they just weren't having the best day. Every time I get food from here they LOAD up the plates, my favorite is the loaded fries; never had a missing item unless it was a sauce or something that they informed us of beforehand that they were out of. Overall a very clean and in my experience, a well-run establishment. And to the people complaining about wait times... food takes time to cook and they can't serve you undercooked food! Just be patient and courteous and you'll get your food when it's ready! It'll taste better if you don't get impatient waiting for it!

My family went to Zaxby’s to pickup salads for dinner. I hadn’t been to this location in over 10 years, but they used to have great service and delicious food. But based on the recent reviews we should have stayed home. The salads are $10 a piece. The Cobb Zalad has everything the House Zalad has but add bacon and egg. Neither one of the salads has bacon, onion straws, and the cheese was missing. We spent $10 per salad and 25 minutes worth of gas for salads that were missing several ingredients. One salad literally had 4 little slivers of cheese on it. And the other didn’t have cheese at all. When we called to advise that we live 30 minutes away we were told just come back tomorrow. By far the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had! I arrived at this location @9:34: it’s like seven cars in the drive thru: I decide to wait! I made it to the speaker to place my order around 9:50 pm- the young lady was so rude: she kept trying to rush me and continued to cut me off while placing my order; to the fact that she charged me for a whole combo at $8.29 that I didn’t ask for! I asked for two Cobb Zalads; one with grilled chicken and one with fried chicken( no onions) I make it to the window to pay @10:00:37! A guy takes my payment! He’s then directed by others to leave or whatever! (While five more employees are standing all looking confused at pointing at me thru the window! After waiting about 3-4 minutes: a young lady acknowledges me that I can only get fried chicken on t

Horrible experience. I cannot rate or review the food because I never received my order. Stopped in to attempt to get a quick lunch in the middle of a 16-hr road trip with family. After placing our order for 4 meals, we were still waiting for our food after 20 minutes. When I asked the employees how much longer, one informed me my order was up next. After a few more minutes, at least 2 other customers who came in after me received their orders. I asked what the hold up was and was told “they’re waiting for the meat for the sandwiches”. I told her other customers that came in after me already received their sandwiches. She then directs me to the manager who was attending to another customer complaint. I requested a refund and was told it would take 3-5 business days to refund my debit car
