Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Y'all are not chick-fil-a. Having one person standing there play some orders, especially with an attitude, when there's two lanes is extremely inefficient and rather ridiculous. Because he's standing there everybody assumes that the other lane is not open and they're bypassing it. Which means they're waiting even longer to give their order. And you know what you want he stops you and then says what's the name. Dude you don't need to know my name. Just take my order. There's only one lane where people are doing anything and we're in line. The name is unnecessary. Especially because when I got to the window to pay and gave her my name, she still read my order back to me. Also, not one time did anybody actually tell me how much the order was. I just blindly handed over my back card not knowin

Can’t beat the quality! We tried their egg rolls just for the heck of it and they were actually pretty good.

This location recently opened. I placed an order online, when I went to pick it up inside I had to wait. I didn't mind because the place was packed inside and in the drive thru. I heard one of the employees state it had been that way all day. The employees were very professional and treated each person with respect and care. My food was prepared to order and excellent!!! I'm glad there is one in my area and I will be returning.

Service was horrible. Didn't get all my food ordered. Employee repeated the order after I placed it and still messed up the order. Had to pull up to wait to correct the order. After pulling up still didn't get it right, I just drove off with items missing after they couldn't get it right.

Thanks for coming to Gluckstadt, Zaxby's! I don't have to travel to Madison anymore to get the best chicken combos! You're now located in my neighborhood!
