Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Great experience. We happened to be the only ones inside eating but the drive thru was busy. The food was made quickly and everything tasted great. The employees were very kind and helpful.

I NEVER write reviews, but this was the absolute worst fast food experience I have personally ever experienced. The full crew of teenage workers were disrespectful and rude. The food was far from fresh and tasted like it had been sitting out all day. There was a time I enjoyed this restaurant, but those days are long over.

I don’t usually write reviews, but this experience deserves one. I went to Zaxby’s recently and the teenage workers there completely messed up our order. They ended up giving our food to somebody else, and when I went inside to let them know, they said they’d make it again. I waited patiently, but after standing there for a while, I realized they forgot to even make the food again. No apology, no urgency, just confusion and a lot of standing around. It’s frustrating when you pay for food, and it feels like no one’s paying attention. I get that mistakes happen, but this was just sloppy service all around. Hopefully management can step in and train the staff better, because this location really needs improvement.

Charged 25 cents for sweet and spicy and the drive thru clerk never told me that sauce was an upcharge till I got the reciept. 10.70 for 3 tinders a piece of Texas toast they don't even bake, fries and a medium drink...that's $2 worth of product for $10...and then charge me 25 for a special sauce since the free one you offer is disgusting...that's amazing customer service...

Didn’t have any bags to place order. Didn’t give condiments, servers with attitudes, wait time in drive through over 30 mins, dining room closed. Used to be a great place but has went down in service and food quality
