Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

The atmosphere of the establishment showed me that even while they were busy, they were still able to tend to my needs! I love coming here because of the food and the employees, especially Michelle and piper! They always know how to make my food just the way I ask for it and I don’t have a single complaint about any food or anyone! Five stars all around!

I rarely write reviews unless my experience is either incredibly impressive, which is a rarity, or completely disappointing, like it was tonight. I decided against Wendy's and CookOut because their lines were long, nearly reaching the street. I saw the other day that Zaxby's was open until 11:00, and decided to give it a shot (by the way this is at 10:45). However, as I approached, I felt something was off when I saw the dark parking lot with no cars in sight. Then I was relieved to see the taillights of a vehicle near the drive-thru. Oh they closed early I thought, then I heard a voice thru the intercom. To my surprise, the ordering area that should have been brightly lit was completely dark, making it hard to read the menu. This is sad. The employees can’t be using timers right. The service was average. You can definitely tell the managers do not hold their staff to high expectations!

I had some issues with my order, spoke to the GM at this location and she was very rude to me!! I am an older man and smart phones aren't the easiest. She dismissed my issues. I spoke to a very kind woman her name tag read Hailee . Assistant manager. She helped me and went beyond what I even expected. I'll return only because her customer service. As for the gm, do better.

Normally a dining experience at Zaxby's is a five star experience, but today's experience will leave us finding a suitable alternative. First of all the place was dirty. The floor was strewn with litter, the entrance door was filty. Ugh! What's with the Boneless Chicken Wings not coming with celery anymore? And, if no celery then why give Ranch Dressing with the wings? Also, what happen to the mushrooms no longer being on the menu? Well, we had a good run with this chain. Apparently it is time to move on to greener pastures.
