Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

They refried my shrimp and now I feel sick. All the food was cold. I live in west monroe so I travel a good distance to the monroe Zaxbys to be made sick to my stomach. I spent 30+ on 2 meals. I called the store and the manager said I would have to travel all the way back to bring the food but who's accommodating me for my gas? Zaxbys is about to lose my business permanently.

Every time I've been here, I have had quality service. Food is always good, nice proportions. Definitely had to review after tonight. Whoever did this, thank you. It's been a rough week and a smiling sandwich was definitely uplifting to say the least. 😂

02-21-2020 lunchtime. This is my second time ever coming to one of these locations. The lady at the register was super sweet and help me with the menu. I did not know what to pick so I let her choose for me. I don’t remember what I got but I have pictures in my photos of what I purchased. It was delicious the bread had way too much butter on it but the chicken and the sauce taste good the fries were equally as good and a sweet tea was awesome. You can never go wrong with a good cold glass of sweet tea. The location did not feel all that clean. Throughout their were stuff on tables trash on the floors spilled drinks. Someone definitely had to clean up which is unfortunate because it’s a modern looking location that has a good feel to it. I would return to this location.

Chicken fingers were very dry seemed old, same with the fries was very disappointed in my meal. very expensive

Just arrived and I order the Chipotle ranch taco , and I paid and they had me to pull up ,to wait on my order then when I finally get it ,it does not have the sauce on it
