Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Chelsea was proud to says she's agm was rude unaccommodating my food was not prepared right and my drink had dirt floating on top disgusting! Justin told me to bring the receipt I had I told him I only have sticker from my bag of food as my mom had purchased it she didn't even try to make things right I will be calling corporate over 2 little big zax snacks I called with my issues had my receipt in my purse this is the first opportunity to come to oak ridge and I wasn't even important enough for her to come from cook stations she leaned over the counter and didn't even try to care need better management

Person at the menu was great! Person at window was great. Food was good. O got the blue salad with grilled chicken. Never had before. Not too shabby! I was hungry. Then I wasn't. Mission accomplished! :0D

Very rude blonde hair drive through child worker . I would say her name on here but wasn't wearing a name tag. Now I'll get a response from someone asking to email them to ask what they can do to make it better. Looks as though they need to hire better customer service people by the reviews

Everytime I go to Zaxby’s I remind myself of why I don’t ever go to Zaxby’s. $10.50 for 5 bites of chicken and a handful of fries, absurd. Chicken = cold and not fresh, fries = cold and old. For what I paid, I should have went down the street to Aubrey’s and got 3 times as much, with better quality for a couple dollars more. Zaxby’s motto is let’s raise the prices decrease the amount we serve and who cares if it’s fresh or not, throw it in the bag.

The food is excellent and the service was relatively fast, but we asked for extra ketchup last time and definitely didn't get it.
