Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Zaxbys, please fill your sauce cups. Those things cost money. I got 30 tenders and ordered extra sauce and the cups weren't even filled a quarter of the way. If that's the case, they should be free 😒

Been here a few times. Chicken is usually fine. Staff seems nice enough. Issue is they tend to overcook everything. Burned the fried pickles and then threw them into the container soaked in the grease. Melted through the container.

I don’t even want to know what was going on in that kitchen for this gnat to get in my drink, but I suggest you guys thoroughly check your drinks to make sure there’s nothing in them before you leave.

This was my first experience at a Zaxby's and wow, it was terrible. I feel bad for the chicken who died to make the strips I ate. They were rubbery and dry and had been clearly sitting out under the heat lamp for hours. The worst part was that I paid $11 for this junk! Only reason I tried them was it was Sunday and Chick Fil A was closed ... never again. One of my worst fast food experiences by far.

The bathroom was filthy. The service was horrible. The "manager", what the hell. My fries were redrops, wrong wings and the toast was as dry as the Sahara! I requested a full refund. I'll never go back.
