Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

The only good thing I can say about Zaxby's is the restaurant is very clean and the employees are very nice and accommodating. NOW, the food is the reason I gave them a 1 or possible 2. NO MORE I ordered the new shrimp, and chicken with fries dinner and the shrimp was over fried, the chicken was dry and they put the seasoning haphazardly on the fries. We stopped in around 3:30 and I'm guessing the meal was a left over sometime earlier and it stayed there until someone came in and quickly refried it again making the meal dried out. Mark liked his bacon, cheese french fries and I didn't ask him how he liked his sliders.

This chicken finger plate deserves a standing ovation. The tenders are crispy, seasoned just right, and packed with flavor in every bite. The crinkle fries hit that perfect balance between soft on the inside and golden on the outside, and the toast is toasted just enough to add that buttery crunch you look for in a real Southern comfort meal. Everything comes together like it was made fresh and made with care. If you’re craving a plate that actually satisfies, this one checks every box.

Food and service are inconsistent at this location. Got the strips with side and drink. The chicken was fresh and hot. The coleslaw was uneditable as it was straight mayo and was like slime. The fries were hot and fresh. Brought coleslaw back and was given another small container that was also uneditable. One time we got a scoop on the plate that was great and since then have been given these little cups that are disgusting!

Ordered cole slaw and was given brown slaw with quarter sized chunks of mold in it. Unfortunately I ate half of it before I realized and I've been throwing up for the past hour because of it. When we talked to the manager all he said was "oh that's gross" and offered no resolution and didn't seem worried at all. This place needs a health inspection ASAP

BEWARE ROTTEN MOLDY FOOD!!! Corporate needs to show up and clean house. I ordered a house salad with grilled chicken and no fried onions. I asked if the carrots and purple cabbage was optional and was told it comes in the salad mix. When I opened the salad I immediately noticed the salad looked black on most of the lettuce and wet like it had been sitting in water. I proceed to pick out as much as I could off the carrots and cabbage but now I’m also picking out the nasty black and brown wet lettuce pieces as well. I then found a big nasty moldy chunk of the lettuce core in the salad along with a brown rotten piece of the core see photos. I’m on my lunch break and now I have a salad that I’m afraid to eat. I will not dine here again, this is completely unacceptable. And I really want my mon
