Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

A friend and I came from Glendale to try it out and we had a GREAT time. The manager took our order and had amazing customer service of course. Our food was great and FRESH. Fried pickles were yummy & the fries are SEASONED okay??! Got my wings plain so that I could try it with different sauces !! Wasn’t busy when we got there but we saw a few moments when lines formed but they went down very quickly. The gals who brought our food out were friendly too! It just sucks because it’s all the way out in QC!! But we would make the drive again for sure because I need my husband to know that RC is cool but it’s not Zaxbys lol.

Just overall disappointed. Spent $30 for soggy cold chicken and fries. I ordered the Zaxby’s chicken spicy sandwich. The bread as you can see in the picture was super soggy and the chicken didn’t even cover up the full sandwich. The fries were tasteless and cold. And then they just drenched it in sauce my fiancé ordered the five piece combo. His fries were cold and soggy and someone needs to learn how to count because they only gave him four pieces which again was disappointing .I would not recommend this place.☹️ Update on redemption meal went in with the impression that it was gonna be different and it was not. I was once again, very disappointed with my service because I was given cold and soggy food and this time it was not even my order at all. I provided more pictures with emails to

The food is amazing here just like in South Carolina maybe even better and fresher. Everyone is super kind with that southern hospitality. You wouldn’t know you’re in Arizona. The price is actually a great deal as well. I recommend the chicken finger meals and fried pickles!

Came in when it wasn’t too busy and customer service was initially really good. Chicken was really hot & juicy when served but not really crispy like how I prefer. Fries are seasoned well but toast is ok. Definitely love the choices of sauce and how they aren’t stingy about how many you can have. Afterwards, decided to order the fried cheesecake bites to-go. Almost went home but wanted to double check if everything looked right and saw that they forgot the strawberry dip on the side. When asked about it, they told me they ran out but failed to mention that when I ordered and still had me pay full price. Overall, way cheaper than canes for almost the same quality.

When I lived in Georgia for two years, Zaxbys quickly became my favorite fast food place out there. I love having one now here in Arizona and it tastes the same which is a good thing. Eating it reminds me of the great times in Georgia and the fingers here are more flavorful than those that Canes has. Definitely will be coming back alot until some locations in the Gilbert/Chandler area open up in the next few years. Service was awesome, the bathroom soap was a little hard to activate in the Men's room but that is the only complaint I had. If you love Chicken Fingers and want an alternative to Canes, come here!
