Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

When I received my nibbles meal today. The bread was burnt and hard around the edges. I haven’t ate Zaby’s in so long due to issues like this. I’m tired of it. I haven’t had Zaby’s all year and when I finally get it my bread is burnt. That’s crazy. The bad news the manager made my box up with the lil short chicken tender her name Asia. I ask her would she eat this and she said yes she would. Well I’m not. One word FIRED !!! Got a refund Zaby's not the same. Dave’s Hot Chicken will never serve a fingers like this. Never against. Very disappointed.

Went to this Zaxbys today b/c it’s convenient and off the highway which I sometimes stop on Sundays from traveling. Service today was terrible employees in the background playing while some were serious & tried to get food out. Many people were waiting in drive thru and inside for their food orders to be completed. Food quality was also not the best cheddar bites & shrimp were over cooked.

RUDEST customer service experience of my life. I get it’s a fast food joint, but quickly saying “is that all????” after each item we added in the drive through and then forgetting our drinks AND sauces! When we asked for those, got eye rolls and we still tried to end it positively by being nice and saying have a great day but literally was just given our sauces without a word or smile. We realized after driving off that they forgot our cookie as well. Just awful!

Hello, I just like to say this was, by far the BEST chicken I had from ANY zaxbys ever.. I was coming from Columbia, passing through first I notice how nice the facility looks.. I goes..ohh that's nice.. I order a 5 wing meal traditional all flats no sauce,, when I first seen the chicken. I was amazed how it look. It was soo perfect. I'm a chicken lover. I probably should be sponsored by Zaxbys lol. This was good and just perfect. Just thought I should let you guys know..Best I ever had.. keep up the great work 🥰

Our family loves Zaxby’s and we try to stop there when we can. On a drive from Charleston to Charlotte, this location was on our route. When we pulled up we saw many employees out back at 11:50 and wondered why. Apart from two other people waiting on takeout, we were the only people inside. We ordered two kids meals, Kickin chicken meal and I got the Signature Sandwich. It took 19 minutes to get all our food. At one point, I saw the kids meals just sitting there getting cold so I asked for those. The lady up front kept asking them for the rest. A manager came forwarded and said they hadn’t even dropped the sandwich yet. The cashier apologized but that was it. They finally asked if I wanted something else, the Loaded Fries, so I gave in.
