Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I went through the drive through to order a salad. I said I wanted grilled chicken on it. I get to the window and was handed a fried chicken salad. I told the cashier at the drive through this isn’t what I ordered can you give me a new salad. He told to hand him the salad back and to pull forward and he will bring out the new salad. He brought me the same salad but now they removed the fried chicken and added the grilled chicken. The lettuce had grease on it and the grilled chicken was not sliced properly. I also received less chicken than before. I wanted a fresh salad not a greasy mess with chewy pieces of chicken. I paid $11.00 for that . I will not be eating here again.

Atmosphere and food is good, however the customer service is starting to fall behind. Ordered a 10 piece wing and got nine pieces. Come on, people... this isn't the first time orders have been handed out not fully completed. I'm not going to come here any more if the service keeps heading toward the negative.. Pay attention, shape up, and do it right please. That's all we ask, as customers to a food service.

I eat in, drive thru and delivery. It’s touch and go. Some days, everything is hot and perfectly in order. Other days it’s cold and just weird, almost as if the oil needs to be changed, and nobody likes cold soggy fries. They definitely need to upgrade on quality of, either lids or cups, because I’ve had more spill incidents with their cups than any other fast food, heck any restaurant, ever. I even had one spill as it was being passed through the drive thru window. I didn’t really want to have to clean my interior after getting food.. but I did. Just needs work, but it’s fast food. You get what you’d expect, uncertainty.

Took my order, food was ready in minutes. Instead of doing her job, the middle aged latina employee stood at the register gossiping while my order sat there. I had to call over a drive-thru worker to finish it. Lazy, incompetent, and completely unprofessional. This is exactly why service quality is trash at places like this.👎🏾

This was a joke, and a very bad one at that, expensive as well! I could not believe how my meal came today. I realize it’s a pick up order, and you are busy at the lunch hour, but it is pure laziness and disrespectful that you DUMPED slaw into the to-go box and it ruined the entire meal. SOGGY Chicken, SOGGY French fries, soggy toast. I noticed the sign asking for POSITIVE feedback on Google Reviews, I hope you are pleased with mine. I deserve to receive a meal that is at the minimum fit to eat instead of ready for the slop heap
