Normally Zaxbys is good. This one here in Pogeon Forge was down right awful. Not only did I have to wait 25 minutes for my drive thru order but apparently drinks are 75% ice. Also don't expect your order to be correct. Ordered 2 sets of boned wings. Somehow got 2 wings and 3 popcorn. Not only split the order wrong but they were the sorriest looking wings with barely any meat on em. Avoid this one at all costs
Wonderful staff, first vist and great advice about their selections of salads,(which are huge), only piece of advice, improve the outside signage, hard to see, no pictire of the salad as I ate it too quickly
08/14/2025 - Today, I tried the,chicken fingers. They were very tasty. The service theough the drive-through was so quick and so good. ********** I tried the egg rolls at Zaxby's. THEY WERE SCRUMPTIOUS!
Even after I spilled part of my drink on the floor and then ordered a wrong item. The entire staff were so helpful and fixed my messed up order AND cleaned up my spill. Couldn’t have asked for a nicer group . Special shoutout to Sanya and The manager, Bernard!
Service was excellent. The GM Amber was very friendly and made everyone feel welcome. I came here with two friends and left with 5! The food was great, store was clean. Staff friendly. Great place to stop when you’re in town!
