Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

This place has really gone down hill since the last time I been there. Ordered some wings and things, turns out, the wings looked like they were coming out from a zombie movie. They were all tiny, fried to crisp but at the same time not very hot. The fries were cold and chewy. I also tried the new strawberry milk shake and that was not good either. Pretty disappointed for a 20 dollar meal.

I dined in today and had a great experience. The cashier was attentive and made sure my order was taken quickly and accurately. My food came out fresh, hot, and exactly how I wanted it. I especially appreciated Carl stopping by my table to check on me—he was personable, warm, and genuinely made the experience feel welcoming. Excellent customer service all around. I’ll definitely be back.

I absolutely love Zaxbys. The food in my opinion is great (most of the time). Too bad all of them seem to be shutting down, if this one closes I'll be depressed and stuck eating Rasing Canes. While the food is yummy the booths are almost never clean, straw wrappers scattered on the table and crummy seats, you gotta clean sometimes...

I just popped in here by order of God to see what this restaurant was all about since I have never been here before. Right from the beginning I noticed a very clean and well run establishment, but I absolutely loved seeing this place feeds police and fire personal for free when dining inside. I absolutely adore it when people (or a business in this case) give back to the community. I want to personally thank Coby, the gentleman working the register, for answering all my bizarre questions with a cheerful smile and charming personality. Hats off to the entire crew at Zaxby's, the owners, and all those that support businesses such as these. Even though I did not order/eat anything tonight thus far, I shall return in the future. Jeremy, Laurin, Maya, Fabian, and Jacobi were all AMAZING!!! We had just been turned down by the other location due to being short staffed. These team members treated me and my family with the upmost respect, and served us fresh tasty food along with walking it out to us. I will visit this location again it’s worth driving the extra miles to get treated with respect!!!
