Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I stopped by Zaxbys recently and had a great time thanks to Novi at the register. She greeted me with a genuine smile and was super patient while I figured out my order. She made the whole process quick. The place was a little busy but I still felt prioritized. Food was great and the other staff were friendly.

Ordered from the app for curbside pickup today in Summerville GA. Notice how I said that Curbside Pickup. Pulled into destination parking spots for Curbside pickup. Received notice that my order was ready. 5 minutes go by and food not delivered. 10 minutes, now 15 min go by. Decided to go in and get my order. Talked the individual behind counter told them I ordered Curbsibe pickup and told me that I had to come inside to receive my order. How stupid Zaxbys. Why call an app Curbside pickup if you have to go in and get your order. Please change the service, signs and app to Reserved Parking Pickup and come inside and get your food.

Very welcoming staff. I’m always greeted when I come in. My food usually doesn’t take long to make and if it does it’s fresh and hot. Novi did a good job with ringing me up. She’s sweet and made me laugh

We went after church to eat at Zaxbys. We’ve done this several times. However, after today I will not be going back. I ordered grilled chicken salad and ate a little bit and then came across a large chuck of frozen chicken. Yes it had frozen chicken in my salad. We did tell front end workers. Will not return or recommend. I hope I don’t get sick.

Novicia was amazing!! very well mannered! very friendly! good was out fast! she done a great job with customer service! was very satisfied with her service from the time i walked in & when i walked out.
