Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

My 2nd time at this location with an issue. My zenzation zalad. I always get grilled chicken. It had about 4-5 pieces of diced chicken and IT WAS BURNT chicken. It made the salad tast awful. It already wasnt much salad on the plate. The chicken was soo hard, I couldn't bite it.... 1st issue I had was a couple months ago.[[This is why I only use cash at this location]] My card information was stolen at this location. How do I know it was here. Well, I just got the card and ONLY used it at this location. Days later, I get called from my bank about online purchases being made from Walmart and Sams. I just got the card and never used it anywhere else before or after this Zaxbys. I dont and have never made an online purchase from those stores. I won't be coming back here and I really want a re

Stopped by the drive thru for a quick bite. Ordered 2 nibblers. Tenders were hot. But the buns/ bread appeared as they had been nibbled on! Lack heat too. Mildly warm. Quick service. But I’d rather wait for decent bread then be serve something that looks picked over!

Constantly forgetting sauces in the bag, when either asking at the microphone, order window, or placing an online order. Today, particularly was a bad experience when i placed an online order for pickup in the drive thru at 5pm, I showed up 1 minute before the order was supposed to be ready (my bad) but I was also the only car in the line at that time. I was told that I was “early” and it was not ready yet. not a big deal. they ask me to pull forward. It was one nibblerz meal btw. for the next 17 minutes that I sat at the orange cone, 12 cars made it through the drivethru and off with their order. Finally, they had pulled another car forward to park behind me. It was another two minutes before someone came out with my order and the order for the car behind me and my meal was lukewarm at be

Food was great nice and hot restaurant needs a person on the floor clean during peak time. Staff very friendly

Dear Zaxbys, Of DT#98 At Hugh Howell Rd Tucker, GA I ordered a combo plate of wing and things today 10/30/2025. The boneless wings was very clod. The flour coat on the wings was hard to chew on. Something for the chicken fingers, it taste, looks, and feel like they had been putted back frying multiple times. Also everything was extremely salty. The worst I paid $14.03 for that meal and I couldn't enjoy it at all. The store location need some update. From the outside, the store look likes it was closed. Help maintain Zaxbys!
