Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

This is more of a comment on the trend of the company than the location, the chicken fingers have become markedly smaller than they used to be. The 3 stars is because one of my chicken fingers was so overcooked it was rubber. The rest of the meal was good. Location was very clean, I like the atmosphere and the decor. Just keep up with what's been under the cooking lights a little better.

Absolutely disgusting experience. I ordered the Wings & Things from the Skyland Zaxby’s in Tuscaloosa and it was terrible from start to finish. The boneless wings in mild buffalo had an awful taste, and the chicken tenders were undercooked, which is unacceptable. The fries were the only okay part of the meal. On top of that, the customer service was trash rude and unhelpful. I honestly thought after the remodel this location would be better, but it’s still the worst Zaxby’s in Tuscaloosa. Save your money and eat somewhere else.

I had great service....don't normally order inside but on this day I did and service was great. Food was well covered in the sauce. I am only sorry I can't remember the young man who waited on me. But he was awesome...the young man tending to the dinning room and running orders out also checked as I waited that I had been helped....will be back soon.

The “Re-Grand Opening” was outstanding. Nydia and Kenzie were both great at the welcome tabling. It feels good to be apart of special occasion for our community.

Great people love the fun and food.
