Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I stopped by this Zaxby’s after a few months away, and overall the experience was still reliably good. The food quality has remained consistent across my visits — my order was correct, served at the right temperature, and presented well, which is something I’ve come to expect from this location. The staff continues to be polite and professional. I wouldn’t call the service exceptional, but it’s consistently acceptable, and everyone stays busy and engaged in their work. The restaurant was clean throughout my visit. I was there for over an hour catching up with a friend, and the drink station stayed clean the entire time. I also noticed team members wiping down tables whenever they weren’t taking orders, which is always a good sign of solid day‑to‑day upkeep. There have been a few changes

They have done renovations since I last visited. They have an older gentleman that keeps the sitting area spotless. He also keeps the drink area stocked and clean. I tried the new buffalo tacos. They were good.

I ordered wings and things combo thru door dash. My food arrived in the time that was specified. When I opened the container the lemon pepper wings were cold , hard and dried up. I called the location and they said I would have to contact door dash, which was a little confusing since they are not the ones who prepared my food. So I contacted door dash and they were only able to give me a $5.00 REDUND. My meal was $17. I wanted hot fresh lemon pepper wings and ibrhink that zaxbys should be able to refund or replace my meals. I hope the trash can enjoyed it because I didnt.

The food was great, and the staff was extremely polite and helpful! Alexina, the staff, was really lovely and polite... On top of everything else that was fantastic at this restaurant, the sweet and spicy bone in wings were delicious with the seasoned fries and toast. The dining space was clean, and the person that worked there was really kind and friendly! I would strongly suggest this Zaxby's to everyone!
