Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Came across this restaurant when visiting a store nearby. At the time they had just opened and the drive-thru line was outrageous. So I decided to wait a few weeks and let the hype die down. Went back last night, and while the drive-thru was busy, not nearly as bad as before. Decided to head inside to eat instead. There was no line to order inside, but several people standing around waiting to pick up to go orders. Since they were busy, it took a few minutes before I could order. The cashier was pleasant and took my order promptly. It only took about 5 minutes before I received my food. I went with a Big Zax Snak combo and a birthday cake shake to drink. The food was good. Very similar to Raising Cane's as far as the chicken tenders and texas toast. Zaxby's fries are much better though,

Perfectly crispy, juicy, and when you add that Zaxby’s sauce… it takes it to a whole different level 🔥🔥. Zaxby's, if you've never had it before, is a Southern cross between C-fil-A and any great comfort food restaurant 😋. I feel like they've taken the best parts of other restaurants and put them all into one. The drive-thru line moved very quickly, even though it was long due to the large number of people who have had this delicious food before. After coming inside and looking over the menu, there is a large variety of food to choose from. I think the menu caters to comfort food with options for vegetarians, children, and hungry people. The staff was friendly and courteous; I liked the sound of them calling out your name when the order was ready. You could really hear how fast they were moving. We waited until all the hype calmed down along with the lines. The food was delicious and worth the value. I recently tried the lemon pepper chicken tender sandwich which was very tasty. My family also got meals which they loved. The wait wasn’t terribly long, but we went during the weekday early afternoon. We will return.

I am writing to express my frustration regarding my recent experience at your location. I arrived at 6:57 PM and did not leave until 7:59 PM. The drive-thru line was very long, so while waiting, I placed a mobile order thinking it would speed up the process. When I pulled up to the speaker, I informed the worker that I had placed a mobile order. She stated that it would be ready at 7:31 PM, which I understood, and she said she would let the team know up front. I pulled into the mobile order pickup area around 7:15 PM and did not receive my food until approximately 7:50 PM. After finally receiving my order, I checked the bag and realized there was no sauce included. I had already noticed about 3–4 cars in the drive-thru having to beep their horns to get missing sauces, which is what promp
