Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

This location is a hit or miss when it comes to quality (Old lettuce) in salads that taste bad. When store was called the lady who answered my call stated “ I don’t know how that could have happened “ as if it was questionable …. Pictures reflect food quality!

Went through the drive thru and was told to pull to the parking slot 1 but then waited 15 mins for my online order that told be it would be ready at 4:26. Yet I took it upon myself to drive around again and then my food was ready. To me this looks like they didn’t want to come outside to give me my food. Keep in mind the place was dead.

Best Zaxby's I ever been in!!!! Everything was great! Im from Florida and by far this Zaxbys is GREAT!!! Remember people if you want top notch service cook at home other wise check yalls food before leaving any place and allow room for errors since we are humans. Thank Yall!!!

Worst meal I have had in a long time. Everytime I go to the Warren Dr. location I am disappointed. They advertise fresh but they are not even close. Old lettuce, fries, wings and fingers. I don’t even want to start on how rude most off the drive thru personnel are to their customers.(Especially one named Brie.) I am tired of waiting on them to improve.will not be back.

This particular location needs better attention by corporate. Their service, quality of food, hospitality, and customer friendly has fallen to about nothing honest and a bunch of excuses. When you ask what the problem, they blame corporate🤔 I will not go into detail, but fresh food is out of the question here, not to mention fresh grease. These pics are from this week alone. One piece was fresh😳 It's just Wednesday 🥺 We use to go here everyday. Just 😔. Huey Magoo's has our attention now.
