Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Fantastic experience everytime i come here. The workers are great and the management is fantastic! Food is always hot and fresh. This by far is my favorite zaxbys location. Im alittle obsessed with zaxbys and eat it alot. But this location is my favorite spot.

Stopped by this location today on my way home and was greeted with a smile by one of the managers. I asked him what did he suggest because I wanted to try something different than my normal teriyaki. Josh suggested the lemon pepper. And let's just say I couldn't wait until I got home to taste it. Everything was delicious, thanks Josh !!!!

Food and service is always great however i just happened to look under the ice machine THREE weeks ago and it was very dirty . Here I am today & it still hasn’t been cleaned since when I first saw it three weeks ago ( I eat here when I get off work ) , I hope they can get that clean sooner or later ….

Our order was messed up at first, which was a little frustrating, but honestly the way it was handled made all the difference. The manager, Josh, jumped in right away and took care of everything with a great attitude. Once the corrected food came out, it was excellent, fresh, tasty, and clearly made right. The service was friendly and attentive the whole time, and Josh really made sure we were taken care of. Mistakes happen, but great service and great food go a long way. We left happy and would definitely come back.

I want to give well-deserved praises to Emily at the Zaxby’s on Augusta Road in West Columbia. She is always friendly, always helpful, and consistently on point. Every single time I come through the drive-thru or dine in and Emily is working, my order is always correct and the service is efficient. Emily clearly takes pride in her work, and it shows. She represents this restaurant extremely well, and I hope the owner and management recognize the value she brings to the team. Employees like her are the reason customers like me keep coming back. She absolutely deserves to be promoted.
