Had my first ever Zaxby’s visit at this location back on August 4th of this year (2025) considering I live all the way in California. I love the variety in different chicken items that they have (Got me the Wings & Things combo with Buffalo as the wing option.) since I love both buffalo wings and chicken fingers (especially considering my Raising Cane’s experience in Fresno from 2022) and I have never had any better chicken than here. Additionally, I love the taste of the Zax sauce and was glad to encounter a blessing of the modern-day, the CocaCola Freestyle Machine where I always get me a CocaCola Vanilla from whenever I find one at a fast food place. Additionally, I have encountered no problems with service and I haven’t found anything negatively notable about this location’s environme
We took our food Togo and most of it was cold. Fries, tenders, toast were all cold. The wings were hot, my guess is food sat while the traditional wings were cooked to order. Team members seemed unmotivated and uninspired to be working at this location. With all the chicken restaurant choices available, it’s not worth our time to dine here. Facilities were clean and organized but there was no one in the dining area.
The closest Zaxby’s to me is in Utah, so I flew there and got some of these seasoned delicious chicken. If you like raising canes you must not have ever had Zaxby’s. The sauce and the seasoned chicken is amazing. Had it before in the south and this did not disappoint. I will be flying back again just for this.
The first time I ordered here it was so good. They did extra seasoning like requested, every other time since then it’s been disgusting. They leave things out and ignore the extra seasoning request. Which btw, is an option in door dash so if you’re going to ignore it, don’t bother having the option. I keep trying this place thinking it’ll be good like the first time but nope. Won’t be ordering from here again. Which is a shame because it’s delicious when made well.
