Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I’m really disappointed with my experience at this location. I placed my order in the drive-through at 10:51, but the staff confused me for another customer and ended up canceling my order by mistake. They then tried to replace it while I was still in line, which caused more confusion and delay. I used my 50% discount, but it was applied to someone else’s order instead of mine. I ordered the Wings and Things (traditional) with dry rub, along with a peach and lemon-lime Minute Maid mix for my drink. Instead, I received cold boneless wings, which I specifically said I did not want, and a watered-down Coke that tasted like it had been sitting out or already drank. This was frustrating because I confirmed my order multiple times, and I don’t eat boneless wings at all so my meal was wasted.

I ordered food on Uber eats and waited 2 hours, found out my food was stolen and the manager was refusing to remake it, so I show up ask her for the food and she says “you didn’t pay us for it you paid Uber eats and we gave your food to someone” the staff was trying to be helpful but the manager came and made me cancel the order wait 24 hours for a refund and made me replace the order if I wanted the food. The manager has no customer service skills and makes her establishment and employees look extremely bad. Definitely will be calling corporate, either way they have to remake the food 2x and I thought by me coming up here they wouldn’t worry what happened to the food. Love the food at Zaxby’s. They’ve got a great menu selection. My favorite is the Big Zax Snack meal. The chicken tenders are juicy, and tender and have a nice flavor. I have only one complaint which is the reason for the three stars instead of five. That is the fries. I have come to this location so many times. They are very inconsistent with how the fries come out and more than not, the fries I receive are usually lukewarm and limp. They are RARELY ever crispy and piping hot. I have filled it so many surveys starting this fact over and over but nothing has changed. Everything else about this place is great. The staff is usually very friendly and I enjoy the atmosphere. PLEASE GET THE FRIES FRIED FOR AND CRISP and serve them piping hot.

Tell your employee Dominik to get his orders correct. This hasn’t been the first time he’s messed up my order after making me and the cars in the line wait for a bit. Even after waiting to take our order he’ll proceed to tell us to give him a little more time mid order placement. If he can’t do his job by taking orders then please have him do another task.

This store is horrible. The food is so so, but it's the service that should keep you from going to this place. NEVER leave the store before checking your order. NEVER!!! I have never ordered food from this store and had my order come out 100% as ordered. And yet here I said let's try it one more time and as you could probably guess..... Hopefully by me actually writing this out, it will be enough to help me remember that I said I would never go back.
