Zaxby's

Tiffany the cashier was great! The food was garbage can juice and get no stars! I have eaten Zaxby's in Georgia where i was introduced to them and I've had it all at various Zaxby's in Florida and this was by far the worst Zaxby's I've ever had in my life! Usually when I have Zaxby's it leaves a everlasting taste in my mouth but not here! Sweet and spicy chicken was tasteless the portion of fries weren't a lot like any other Zaxby's restaurant! Texas toast was even trash and was cold as soon as I got my food! I can tell the cook doesn't enjoy what he doing by the way the food taste he prepares and how he looked back there! He need to be trained over and brought up to Zaxby's standards because this was not it!

Went there at 8pm to pick up dinner. The drive thru looked backed up, so I went inside to order. The manager told me that they are too busy now and told me the dining room was closed. On a Friday night, you would think that they are up to par with being prepared for customers. I left, and will never purchase my food from this place ever again. Don't waste your time, they don't want your business.

Got food are around 9pm, got chicken sandwich fry’s and cheddar bites. After waiting in line for 30 minutes I look in the bag and got a handful of cheddar bites (like 5 or 6) and got chicken tenders on a bun instead of a actual chicken filet. Called and talked to Terrance the manager and he said if we came in he would remake it for me.when I came in with the receipt they were super rude and basically refused to remake any of the food and accused me of lying to try and feed free food. Overall horrible service and won’t be coming back

The girl working in the drive thru today 1/17/26 at 1:44 pm with the burgundy hair has horrible customer service skills. She made our shake wrong after informing her she kept saying I didn’t hear that when you placed your order and proceeded to still give it to us instead of remaking it. I asked her can she change it and she scraped off the top. I wonder if she would like that done with her food/order. She should not be working with the public, please retrain and inform her that customers should get what they are paying for. Threw it away and will dispute it.

Jeremy is the epitome of customer service. It was rather busy, but no matter how busy it was, he looked up and greeted everyone walking through the door and said he would be with them shortly. That makes a great difference. He was helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. He knew the menu well and had great suggestions. He will definitely go far. He also thanked you as he gave you your order. Very good experience.
