I had called earlier in the day talked to Rosie at 3:00 p.m.. December 15th 2022 to let them know I was buying a car and I would be in and I had my own insurance up to date till December 2023 and a plate that was good till December 2023 and when I got there..there was another lady..so I repeated everything again....then she brings out a new plate..I said I have a good plate till December 2023..Then this guy who is the mechanic there..I over hear him saying rude comments about me asking who to spell a word..I had been in a terrible accident on February 4th 2022...and have had trouble spelling lots of things..that's why I had my 16 year old daughter with me..she even heard the guy in the back saying that.
