Zereshk

After a long drive from Syracuse, I was famished. Not really feeling any other other local eateries I frequent, I did a basic Google search for 'restaurants' and saw 'Zereschk' high on the list, so I assumed it was close and took a look. Lo and behold it was just around the corner. I don't know how I missed it. Then I saw it was Persian food, which I have never had, and I was in. After perusing the menu, I gave them a call, asked forgiveness for not knowing pronunciations, and talked with the owner, who assured me it was no problem and made my order. He could not have been nicer. I ordered the Joojeh and Kashk Bademjan with Pita. The portion was huge, the chicken very tender and succulent and the tzaziki sauce (not sure if it was, but very similar) was very good. The barberries in the rice

Ordered take out. We'll, I think I'm addicted to Kashk Bademjan. So good! I ordered the feast so I could have leftovers for a few days. It was delicious. Plenty of food lovely presentation. Will order again!

What an excellent addition to Buffalo eatery scene. I came here for a quick dinner with wifey because we missed Persian food in Boston. The food was tasty and very friendly service. We will surely return in the future

This is officially my favorite restaurant from now on! I truly enjoyed everything. The food was absolutely delicious , some of the best Persian food I’ve ever had. The staff were so friendly, and the service was amazing from start to finish. We ordered the ghormeh sabzi, kabab, zereshk polo, and desserts — everything was 10/10! If you’re looking for authentic, flavorful Persian food, you must try this place. Highly recommend!

Tried the lamb stew to-go and it was packaged so perfectly with the stew in a separate container inside a larger container. It is so filling and flavorful. The rice tastes buttery and sooo good too. Can’t wait to try other meals
