Zero’s Sandwich Shop – Downtown Houston- Dallas St Their homemade bread steals the show. It is crisp on the outside, soft and warm inside. You can taste the difference in every bite. My go-to is the chicken breast sandwich, simple, fresh, and perfectly balanced. No gimmicks, just a solid, meal made right. Friendly folks, fast service, and real flavor. Bottom line: come for the chicken, stay for the bread.

Zero’s is located in Downtown next to all the enormous corporate buildings and offices. One of my mentors showed me the place, and we ate lunch here. It is super affordable and fast. You can get a sandwich, drink, and chips for less than $11, and it only takes about five minutes despite there always being a rush at lunch time. I always get the smoked turkey cheese, ans it’s consistent and fresh. There’s a sign outside that says something along the lines of the bread making the sandwich good, and I agree. The bread is crispy on the edges and soft in the center. Overall, if you want a fresh and cheap lunch, this is the place to go.

Visiting from out of town and mannnn am I glad I stopped in. Great crew and delicious sandwiches. Great price too! I’ll have to come by whenever I’m in Houston

Zero is my go-to lunch spot—just two blocks from work! The food is always fresh, the bread is amazing, and the staff (shout-out to Austin Kowalski) are always friendly and professional. My favorites: the chicken breast sandwich and the turkey & cheese. Highly recommend!
