Zip's Drive-In

Picked up a bacon double cheeseburger and large fries. Service through the drive-thru was slow, despite not being busy. The prices seemed high. But the portions sizes are great. I got a lot of fries. They were well-cooked with great texture. The bacon cheeseburger tasted wonderful. Large, thick patties. And a lot of bacon. While the restaurant seems a run down on the outside, and the service slown, the food was worth the trip.

We waited about ten minutes in the drive through. It was sooo worth it!!! We got two double cheese burgers and a small fry the burgers are huge and delicious and they are not skimpy on the fries. There was even sauces already in the bag, I didn’t even have to ask for it!!! Great place to get some greasy yummy food!!!

This is a 15 dollar burger meal I just picked up from Zips Kennewick…taste like a chard grill and basically has no condiments when I asked for everything… if that’s everything, I’ll keep my 15 bucks, floss the burnt char out of my teeth and will never return here again. Small fry that burger and a small drink… I’ll lay 15 bucks everyday.. it’s not the price it’s the disgusting burger that I paid good money for and it is gross

Orig Zip's - just had the $3.50 jalapeno burger Wow! Large charcoal burger, with grilled jalapenos, lettuce tomato, pepper jack cheese and BACON 🥓🥓. I don't know how you can beat the taste, size or quality for the price. Great service - with a smile too!

I have lived in the Tri-Cities all my life. Zips was a constant favorite over the years. This particular location has gone way downhill. I ate there a few weeks ago and was unimpressed, but decided to give them another try. The tables inside were filthy - covered in a waxy, visibly dark, dirty buildup. The dining area in general did not give clean vibes. I have read some reviews about there being new ownership, but if so, they do not care about cleanliness or appearance. If it looks this dirty out in the public areas, I don't want to think too much about the food prep area. No more "Zips" logos on the cups or bags, no more paper liners on the trays, so one wonders if finances are an issue. I will not be going back. I would suggest driving to the Richland location for your next Zip
